CAREERS
We are building technology that helps restaurants grow. If you want to work on problems that show up in a real kitchen the same day you ship them, we would like to hear from you.
Restaurant software fails in ways you can measure — a rounding error in a three-decimal currency, an order that reaches the kitchen twice, a stock count that never reconciles. The work is unusually concrete.
Gader runs on the counter during a rush and on the pass during service. It is used by people who cannot stop to work around a bug, which sets the standard for what we ship.
A platform that covers ordering, kitchen, stock, costing, reservations, loyalty and reporting is a large system. We would rather build one part properly than six of them approximately.
We do not have any positions posted at the moment.
That does not mean we are not interested. If you build software, or you have run restaurant operations and know exactly where this kind of product usually falls short, write to us and tell us what you would want to work on.
